Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 2791/1999 is hereby amended as follows:

1. The footnotes to Articles 6(3), 8, 10 and 11 shall be deleted.

2. In Article 30, the date '31 December 2000' shall be replaced each time by '31 December 2002' and the date '30 September 2000' shall be replaced by '30 September 2002'.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply from 1 January 2001.


This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
