Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 539/2001 is hereby amended as follows:

1.Annex I is amended as follows:

(a)in Part 1, the reference to Northern Mariana is deleted;

(b)in Part 2, the reference to Taiwan is deleted.

2.In Annex II, the following is added:

‘4.ENTITIES AND TERRITORIAL AUTHORITIES THAT ARE NOT RECOGNISED AS STATES BY AT LEAST ONE MEMBER STATE:

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in the Member States in accordance with the Treaties.
