Article 1

The position to be taken by the Union within the Joint Committee established under the Euro – Mediterranean Interim Association Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between the European Community, on the one hand, and the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, with regard to the amendment of Annex II of Protocol 3, concerning the list of working or processing required to be carried out on non-originating materials in order for the product manufactured to obtain originating status shall be based on the draft decision of the Joint Committee annexed to this Decision.

Article 2

The decision of the Joint Committee shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
