Contents

Article 1

The contributions to be paid by the Member States to the Commission and the European Investment Bank as the third instalment for 2010 to finance the EDF are set out in the table in the Annex to this decision.

Article 2

This decision shall apply from the date of its adoption.

Article 3

This decision is addressed to the Member States contributing to the 9th EDF.
