Article 1

The Agreement between the European Union and the Federative Republic of Brazil on short-stay visa waiver for holders of diplomatic, service or official passports (‘the Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.

The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council shall give the notification provided for in Article 8(1) of the Agreement (4).

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
