Article 1

The position to be taken by the Union within the Joint Committee established by the Agreement between the European Community, of the one part, and the Government of Denmark and the Home Government of the Faroe Island, of the other part, with regard to the amendment of Annex II of Protocol 3 containing the list of working or processing required to be carried out on non-originating materials in order for the product manufactured to obtain originating status shall be based on the draft decision of the Joint Committee annexed to this Decision.

Article 2

The decision of the Joint Committee shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
