Article 1

The position to be taken by the Union within the Association Council created by the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Lebanon, of the other part, with regard to the amendment of Annex II of Protocol 4 containing the list of working or processing required to be carried out on non-originating materials in order for the product manufactured to obtain originating status shall be based on the draft decision of the Association Council annexed to this Decision.

Article 2

The decision of the Association Council shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
