Article 1

The position to be taken by the European Union at the 32nd meeting of Standing Committee of the Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats (Bern Convention) shall be not to support the Swiss proposal for amending Article 22 of the said Convention.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
