Sole Article
The position adopted by the European Union within the ACP-EU Committee of Ambassadors on the amendment of the statutes of the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation shall be based on the attached draft decision proposal.
Minor amendments to the draft decision of the Committee of Ambassadors may be agreed without the need for a further Council decision.
