Article 1

The position to be taken by the European Union within the EU-Algeria Association Committee established by the Euro-Mediterranean Association Agreement between the European Community and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria concerning the implementation of Articles 9 and 11 thereof, is to approve the adoption of the draft Decision attached.

Article 2

The decision of the Association Committee amending the implementing conditions of tariff dismantling for industrial products shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union once it has been adopted.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
