Article 1

In the second subparagraph of Article 188(2) of Regulation (EC) No 450/2008, the date of ‧24 June 2013‧ is replaced by that of ‧1 November 2013‧.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
