Article 1

The position to be taken by the European Union in the annual Meeting of the WCPFC when that body is called upon to adopt decisions having legal effects is set out in Annex I to this Decision.

Article 2

The year-to-year specification of the Union position to be taken in the annual Meeting of the WCPFC shall be conducted in accordance with Annex II to this Decision.

Article 3

The Union position set out in Annex I to the present Decision shall be assessed and, where appropriate, revised by the Council upon a proposal from the Commission, at the latest for the annual Meeting of the WCPFC in 2019.

Article 4

This Decision replaces Council Decision 13905/09 of 30 November 2009.

Article 5 - This Decision shall enter into force on XXX
