Limitations:

1. Among the contributions provided by 21 MS the data from the following MS is not included in the table: LV, S, MT, BG, NL, GR, FI, PT. This is due to the fact that those MS did not provide any data or did not use the EURAs at all or the data provided was not sufficiently specific to be used for the analysis.

2. The total numbers for each third country includes not only the sum of the numbers from all years for the specific category but includes also data from one MS which did not brake its data by the year (UK).

3. Several MS provided data only for 2008 or 2009 onwards (also depending on the category).

4. Due to the fact that statistics for HK and MO normally are incorporated in the overall statistics for China they do not appear in the table separately. According to MO, no application was addressed from EU. According to HK, 6 readmission applications were addressed from the EU. For those reasons the data on those two countries are subject of the analysis in the Communication either.
