Article 1

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf in the meetings of the South East Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (SEAFO) Commission is set out in Annex I of this Decision.

Article 2

The year-to-year specification of the Union’s position to be taken in the meetings of the SEAFO Commission shall be conducted in accordance with Annex II.

Article 3

The Union’s position set out in Annex I shall be assessed and, where appropriate, revised by the Council upon a proposal from the Commission, at the latest for the annual meeting of the SEAFO Commission in 2029.

Article 4

Decision (EU) 2019/861 is repealed.

Article 5

This Decision is addressed to the Commission.
