Article 1
The temporary protection given to persons displaced from Ukraine referred to in Article 2 of Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/382 is extended for a period of one calendar year as of 4 March 2024.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 4 March 2024.
