Sole Article
1. The position to be taken on the Union's behalf in the OACPS-EU Council of Ministers, shall be based on the draft guidelines for the conduction of partnership dialogue under Article 3 attached to this Decision.
2. Minor technical corrections to the draft joint guidelines may be agreed to by the representatives of the Union within the OACPS-EU Council of Ministers without further decision of the Council.
