table>(1)In accordance with Council Decision (EU) 2018/1152 (2), the Agreement between the European Union and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on certain aspects of air services (the ‘Agreement’) has been signed, subject to its conclusion at a later date.
(2)The objective of the Agreement is to bring bilateral air services agreements between 27 Member States and the People’s Republic of China in line with Union law.

(3)The Agreement should be approved on behalf of the Union,
