ANNEX II

Amendments to Directive 70/156/EEC

Directive 70/156/EEC is hereby amended as follows:

1.in Article 2 the following sentence shall be added after the last indent:

‘If reference is made in this Directive to a separate Directive or Regulation it shall also include their implementing acts.’;
