List of chemicals subject to export notification procedure
(referred to in Article 7)
It should be noted that where chemicals listed in this part of the Annex are subject to the PIC procedure, the export notification obligations set out in Article 7(2), (3) and (4) shall not apply provided that the conditions laid down in Article 7(6)(b) and (c) have been fulfilled. Such chemicals, which are identified by the symbol ‘#’ in the list below, are listed again in Part 3 of this Annex for ease of reference.
It should also be noted that where the chemicals listed in this part of the Annex qualify for PIC notification because of the nature of the Community's final regulatory action, those chemicals are also listed in Part 2 of this Annex. Such chemicals are identified by the symbol ‘+’ in the list below.
