ANNEX European Union position

- The European Union approves the financial discharge of the Director of the Energy Community Secretariat for year 2009.

- The European Union approves the Ministerial Council Decision amending Annex 4 to the Energy Community Treaty ("Contribution to the Budget"), to reflect the accession of the Republic of Moldova.

- The European Union approves the extension of the mandate of the Task Force on Renewable Energy Sources for one additional year.

- The European Union approves the Ministerial Council Recommendation on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources.

- The European Union approves the Ministerial Council Recommendation on the implementation of amendments to the "acquis communautaire on energy".
