0This ‘temporary’ derogation has been renewed regularly since 2008 and from 2017 it includes preserved tuna fillets and loins, pending the development of a national fleet and the signing of a regional Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) with the Member States of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), which includes Cabo Verde.
