European Training Foundation (ETF) - Main contents

The European Training Foundation (ETF) helps its partner countries modernise their education and training systems to give their people the knowledge, skills and other competences needed in dynamic economies and societies. We regard education and training as part of one, complete learning system.

We work on projects in a wide range of areas with the countries neighbouring the EU in the context of its various external cooperation programmes. As an international centre of expertise, we work with relevant stakeholder groups to promote and facilitate cooperation, knowledge development and exchanges of experience in our field.
