LI President Hans van Baalen at Liberal Club in London - Main contents

When I look at the Philippines I see a governing liberal party doing a great job, if I look at South Africa I see a growing liberal party that sets standards in good governance. Our next Congress will be in Cote d'Ivoire, run by a liberal president. We have to develop strong messages and provide good examples'. In attendance alongside LI Bureau and Secretariat members were important Liberal figures from Tanzania, Malaysia, Philippines, South Africa, Ukraine, Lebanon, Georgia, and Sri Lanka, who are participating in a Friedrich Naumann Foundation sponsored study tour.
