The new way of cabinet formation - Main contents

The formation of Rutte's second Cabinet was the first formation that was not directed by the head of state (the King). The Montesquieu Institute organised a symposium in december 2012, where academics contributed their insights on the formation, the coalition agreement and the parliamentary results of this new-style formation.
