"On behalf of the Netherlands delegation in the NATO PA I would like to express our sympathy with our Canadian colleagues after the shooting in and near their parliament yesterday. We are profoundly shocked and saddened by this cruel attack and we grief for the soldier who lost his life. Our thoughts are with the Canadian people today."
