The ballot box - Main contents
In April 2017, the Montesquieu Institute published a volume titled 'The Ballot Box'.
This volume was published in light of the 100th anniversary of Dutch voting rights. It focusses on the content of the Dutch suffrage, draws paralells and lists limitations and alternatives to the current system. Experts in the field weigh in on the topic in order to answer the volume's central question: Is a healthy development of the political life served by the right to vote?
This volume is divided into to nine chapters, each chapter shedding a different light on Dutch electoral law from a variety of angles.
The volume is only available in Dutch.
