Parliamentary Documentation Centre (Dutch abbreviation PDC) - Main contents
PDC's remit is to collect, archive and make available via advanced database techniques data on the work of the Dutch Parliament.
The data it holds include a unique collection of biographies of government ministers and members of parliament from 1813 to the present day.
In addition, PDC maintains data on various parliamentary activities from legislation and the composition of parliamentary committees to elections and the process of cabinet formation. The PDC is furthermore responsible for maintaining various websites about European matters, such as www.GrondwetEuropa.nl (Grondwet is the Dutch for Constitution).
