EU auditors publish Opinion on the proposed financial regulation of the Single Resolution Board - Main contents

Today the European Court of Auditors i published an Opinion on the proposed financial regulation of the Single Resolution Board i, which lays down the financial provisions for the EU i body responsible for ensuring the orderly resolution of failing banks.
The Opinion (No 2/2019) was issued in line with the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and is available on the ECA website (eca.europa.eu) in English.
