Cities for Active Inclusion - national events - Main contents
EUROCITIES Cities for Active Inclusion partners will host eight national events between June and October in 2013.
The partner cities will cover topics such as social innovation in active inclusion practices (Barcelona, 7 June), people at risk of poverty and exclusion (Brno, 19-20 June), Roma and the labour market (Sofia, 20-21 June), the Birmingham social inclusion process (Birmingham, 10 July), poverty and disadvantage (Bologna, 17 September), social return on investment (Rotterdam, 19 September), the social economy (Copenhagen 27 September) and the long-term unemployed (Stockholm, 1 October).
Each of these events will bring together local practitioners and policy makers to discuss the latest developments on active inclusion policies at EU level and present local initiatives to support active inclusion. If you would like to attend one of these events, contact Susanna Forjan at Susana.forjan@eurocities.eu.
Cities for Active Inclusion is supported by the PROGRESS i programme, as part of the framework partnership between the European Commission and EUROCITIES, the network of major European cities.
